Exercise Tip of the Month: Scootering


Although scootering does not seem to provide as much physical activity as biking or running, it can actually be great for lowering your blood sugar! It is a three-in-one combination: fun, transportation from place to place, and exercise. Make sure to always carry sugar with you when you scooter - you can attach a pack to the front of your scooter to hold juice or glucose tabs, similar to a bicycle basket. Happy scooting!
