Low Carb Snack of the Month: January
Even in the freezing winter weather, ice cream is always satisfying. However, because of the large amount of carbs and fat in ice cream, it is sometimes not the ideal snack. A great option is a popsicle! Our favorites are the ones you can keep in the freezer and pull out whenever you are in the mood. These popsicles (see this link) are delicious and only ten carbs. If it is really warm inside your house, popsicles are great even in the winter!
