CRAB-WALKING!

If your blood sugar is high, one of the most quick and effective ways of getting it down is, believe it or not, crabwalking! Go into tabletop position and scurry down a hallway or bedroom, anything works. Try it! You will be surprised how fast it can bring your number down.
