We know that the long day can be very tiring but we would like to point out a small exercise tip that is often neglected. You do not need to go to the gym to get your heartrate up! Make a conscious effort to take the stairs occasionally instead of taking the elevator. This will help you work off a meal and although it is not an alternative to exercise, it is still a good way to move. Try to take the stairs more often and don’t hesitate to bring a friend with you on your hike!
